RCP SuperSingles-n-Doubles software is the first of the New Generation series of primary scoring data management type
of software products for handling bowling special events . It requires Excel 2007 or later, a fairly recent computer, and
2GB or more of RAM. It handles massive amounts of data. It contains a self-teaching tutorial. It is easy to use and very
powerful. It was brand new as of late April 2010.
The features and capacities are greatly expanded from the still available SuperSingles which was the first version of RCP
Software's special events software for scoring large singles events. The newer software can process scores from both
singles and doubles events and for huge numbers of bowlers bowling many games. It was developed in response to varied
requests from current and prospective customers for software that could handle larger numbers of bowlers, larger numbers
of singles or doubles games (I heard requests to cover anywhere from 4 to 8 games), special singles or doubles events
such as Mulligan events where the lowest score is discarded, etc.
So what can SuperSingles-n-Doubles software do?
Bowler records can be sorted by many attributes including name, city, bowling center, handicaps, scratch total, handicap
total, any individual scratch game, any individual handicap game, scratch side pot games or total, handicap side pot games
or total, Mulligan total scratch, Mulligan total handicap, RCP Software Tracking ID #, and entry #.
Data entry and sorting is easy. The software contains an embedded self-teaching tutorial. It also includes a handy
handicap calculator and a starter version of the handy DivvyItUp! utility for instantly calculating prize fund payouts. That
utility covers some sample payouts for 5, 10, 12, 15, 20, 25, 30, 40, and 50 places and instantly calculates the amounts for
each place in each distribution when you enter the total prize fund amount. If you purchase SuperSingles-n-Doubles, you
